Job Summary
Conduct remote eye exams by assisting patients through the Visionworks experience, acting as a liaison between patients and telemedicine physicians, and introducing patients to optometrists with critical patient information. Maintain accurate patient records before preliminary testing and transition patients to the sales floor to educate them on eyewear needs. Execute operational activities supporting exam lane maintenance, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
