Job Summary
Visionworks is seeking a part-time Optometric Assistant/CS to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through preliminary testing and eye-care processes. The role includes maintaining accurate patient records, introducing patients to the OD, facilitating transitions from doctor to sales floor, educating on products and services to meet eye-care needs, and supporting day-to-day operations such as restocking, equipment cleaning, and answering phones to enhance the patient experience. Candidates should have strong customer/patient service orientation and be comfortable in a fast-paced retail eye-care environment; HS diploma or GED is acceptable and related experience is a plus. The role offers an hourly pay range and a benefits package for part-timers.
