Job Summary
Conduct preliminary eye testing, maintain accurate patient records, and introduce patients to the optometrist while transitioning them to the sales floor for product education. Execute daily operational activities including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals. Ensure complete accuracy in patient data before testing and provide associates with necessary information to recommend services that meet customer needs.
