Job Summary
Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing clients to the optometrist. Transition patients from the exam room to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services that meet individual eye care needs. Execute day-to-day operational activities supporting store exam lane maintenance, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to address additional patient needs. This part-time role ensures the best possible journey for every patient while upholding Visionworks' commitment to a human and bold customer experience.
Required Qualifications
