Job Summary
Manage and optimize the options book with day-to-day responsibilities in market making, rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance, and collaboration with developers to prototype and improve trading strategies. Proactively design and implement new trading strategies, explore new products, and assist other books in achieving goals. Requires prior options trading experience, a proven P&L track record, strong numerical and analytical skills, familiarity with automated options trading strategies, and an ability to take high responsibility within a growing firm.
Required Qualifications
- Prior options trading experience
- Proven track record of P&L and market share
- Good understanding of trading systems
- Familiarity with automated options trading strategies and interest in their development
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast problem solving skills
- Programming skills (desirable)
