Options Manager

Oversee all divisional options by creating and maintaining pricing matrices, cost budgets, and databases to support the Design Studio. Partner with Purchasing Managers and trade partners to determine retail prices and costs for measured options, while collaborating with Sales to ensure non-standard requests are accurate and consistent across the division. Review option sales data to identify new standard options for creation and recommend options for retirement based on frequency. Improve gross margins by reducing costs and increasing sell prices, and prepare budget-ready non-standard option costs for project teams. Partner with the national options team to assign options and work with Architecture to ensure national guidance is adhered to for naming conventions.
