Job Summary
Triage Client Success escalations and close the loop on claims requiring follow-through after IDR determinations. Own the daily flow of the Asana Payor Compliance queue, dig into flagged situations, and pull claims data from Metabase to uncover root causes. Lead deep-dive payor reviews to identify routing, INN, or eligibility gaps, then document findings and communicate plans through data storytelling. Serve as the first point of contact for payor outreach campaigns, preparing emails, managing inboxes, and maintaining the Payor Outreach Tracker. Build CS-facing materials, sharpen SOPs, and spot patterns that drive larger wins.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, managed care, consulting, or an analyst role in finance or healthcare
- Excel proficiency, including pivot tables
- Ability to be warm, personable, and quick to build trust with genuine customer-service instincts
- Writing ability with clarity and confidence
- Reliability, detail-orientation, and organization under volume
- Work authorization in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting
- Familiarity with the No Surprises Act, the NSA IDR process, or health insurance TPA/payor structures
- SQL, data storytelling, or dashboard know-how in Metabase, Power BI, or similar
- Comfort with Asana, Notion, or similar workflow tools
