Optimisation Analyst in High Wycombe (Hybrid Role - 2 days in the office). Support the Finance Optimisation Team by coordinating change requests, maintaining core finance processes, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating quarterly reviews of the Finance Organisation Hierarchy with stakeholders, managing the Finance Optimisation inbox, leveraging knowledge of finance processes and Microsoft products to identify automated efficiency solutions, supporting data migration activities, contributing to process improvement initiatives, organizing and coordinating regular team meetings, and providing analysis and ad-hoc support across projects to help the team stay aligned and informed.
