Job Summary
Optima Solutions Site Manager leads customer-facing operations at one or more client sites, overseeing all site activities and team performance within a complex customer environment. Acts as the technical service manager for all onsite services at BYD Indonesia and across Southeast Asia, including problem solving and launching new projects. Serves as the primary communicator between customer and company, coordinating new pipeline growth and project launches to achieve growth and sustainability of the business. Requires strong experience in technical service, team leadership, and automotive paint/Topcoat/pretreatment knowledge, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of technical service experience for Pretreatment, Ecoat and Topcoat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management roles
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- English and Indonesian language proficiency
- Experience working with automotive paint, auto parts or related business
- Knowledge and ability to resolve PT, ED and Topcoat problems
