Optikbeschichter (m/w/x)

Set up and operate coating machines for applying anti-reflective, mirror, and specialty layers onto optical components. Program deposition units, measure spectral properties of coatings, and manage coating batches while cleaning components and placing parts on fixtures. Identify errors and derive improvements for processes. Requires a completed fine optics training or equivalent experience in optics, machinery setup, and fine motor skills. Work includes 2- and 3-shift schedules.
