Optics Cleaner 1

Optics Cleaner position focused on the preliminary cleaning of optical surfaces used in IR and VIS, including cleaning, degreasing, and wiping with wipes soaked in cleaning solutions (ethanol, acetone, ether, etc.) per established preparation instructions. The role involves working with the team leader to specify cleaning methods, wipe types, cleaning agents, and equipment; handling ultrasonic washing baths with dedicated fixtures; placing parts in holders, running wash programs, and ensuring successful completion; inspecting dome caps and mounts to confirm dimensional compliance with drawings; reporting any discrepancies to the section leader or process engineer; and reading technical documentation to ensure the surface area coverage meets specified dimensions. Requires general learning ability, proactivity, seriousness, organization, responsibility, and availability for a 3-shift work schedule.
