Optics Cleaner 1

Optics Cleaner 1 responsible for preliminary preparation of optical surface components used in IR and VIS ranges, including cleaning, degreasing, and wiping with lint-free wipes soaked in cleaning agents (ethanol, acetone, ether, etc.) according to preparation documents. Collaborates with the section team leader to define methods (washing, degreasing, wiping, wipe type, cleaning agents, devices, inspection methods). For parts washed in the ultrasonic bath, place in dedicated fixtures, run wash program, and ensure successful completion. Verify that mount dimensions align with specifications and report any discrepancies to the team leader or process engineer for resolution. Maintain adherence to mounting dimensions and quality checks. Demonstrates essential qualities: seriousness, discipline, organization, responsibility; quick learning, proactivity; ability to evaluate and make prompt decisions.
