Present optical products and treatments while addressing client inquiries to drive sales growth and ensure high-quality service. Verify lens and frame deliveries, perform mounting checks, clean lenses, and conduct minor frame repairs. Maintain all optical equipment to guarantee satisfactory customer service. Collaborate with sales staff under the direction of the Agency Manager to support the expansion of the pan-African optical network.
