Job Summary
Frame and lens selection customized to patients while educating them on choices. Dispense, adjust, and repair frames to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction. Accurately bill insurances including VSP and Eyemed. Perform pre-testing of patients using visual fields, auto-refractors, stereo, and lensometry. Provide CL training and education on proper use. Answer phones and manage appointments in the EHR. Maintain accurate patient records and sales transactions. Requires EHR and optical experience; ABO certification is a plus.
