Dispense eyewear, verify prescriptions, and make necessary adjustments for comfort and function. Process eyewear orders through approved vendors and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Maintain optical inventory, including ordering, receiving, and displaying frames. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to patient eyewear as needed. Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
