Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner while helping them select eyeglass frames and assisting with basic adjustments and dispensing. Verify vision insurance benefits, explain allowances, and place and track orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and assist with checkout. Maintain an organized and clean optical area while supporting the optician, doctor, and front-office team as needed. This full-time or part-time role is based in Houston, TX, with pay based on experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
