Job Summary
Assist customers with prompt, courteous service while recommending procedures and products that meet their visual needs. Dispense optical eyewear in accordance with professional standards, perform repairs and adjustments, and verify accuracy of completed eyewear. Instruct clients on contact lens insertion and removal, and build the brand through exemplary customer service experiences. Achieve established sales and customer service objectives by utilizing knowledge of optical insurance, promotions, and discounts. Requires ability to travel and work flexible hours including nights and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Optical Sales/Retail Sales and/or Customer Service work experience
- Able to work flexible hours including some nights and Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Optical Insurance
- Product Knowledge
- Knowledge of promotions, sales and discounts of Company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Be able to neutralize eyeglass lenses
