Job Summary
Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients, and provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations. Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs while maintaining optical inventory and displays. Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care and cross-train in other departments for career growth. This role requires 2+ years of optical experience and strong communication skills. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Tuesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Competitive hourly wage of $17-23/hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k match.
