Job Summary
Optician I at Eye Care One; primary responsibilities include reviewing physician prescriptions, educating patients on corrective lens options, advising on frame aesthetics, achieving sales goals, managing frame/contact lens inventory, communicating with physicians about prescriptions, performing eyewear adjustments/repairs, and placing optical orders with understanding of insurance benefits. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organization and multitasking, adaptability, coachability, and professional phone/office etiquette. Optical experience is preferred but training is available.
