Job Summary
Provide eyewear care: review prescriptions, educate patients on lens options, advise on frame aesthetics, achieve sales goals, manage frame and contact lens inventory, communicate with physicians about prescriptions, perform adjustments and repairs, and place optical orders with an understanding of insurance benefits. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn optical procedures; training is provided for those without prior optical experience.
Required Qualifications

- 0-3 years of experience
- Optical experience is preferred but not necessary—we will train the right person
