Optician I - 028

Review physician prescriptions and educate patients on corrective lens options to fit their medical needs and lifestyle preferences. Provide honest feedback on frame choices, manage inventory of frames and contact lenses, and perform eyewear adjustments and repairs. Communicate with physicians regarding prescription questions and place optical orders while achieving sales goals. Maintain professional phone and office etiquette throughout patient interactions. This role reports to the Practice Manager within the Opticians department.
