Job Summary
Dispense and fit glasses and contacts, determine patient wants and needs, educate on lenses and frames, operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer, collect measurements (bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, pupillary distance, pantoscopic tilt), dispense orders, and repair/adjust frames while delivering Total Patient Experience in a medical-office/eye-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required.
