Job Summary
Dispense glasses and/or contact lens orders, operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer, and assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, and optical prescriptions. Provide medical support and educate patients on lenses, coatings, and frames; collect measurements (bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, pupillary distance, pantoscopic tilt); ensure accurate dispensing and adjustments; support Total Patient Experience and connect patient needs to available eyewear services and products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Favorable result on background check as required by state
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
- ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
