Job Summary
SEE Optical Stylist responsible for delivering fashion-forward, high-touch client experiences in a boutique eyewear setting. Combines optical expertise with personalized styling to build long-term client relationships, meet sales KPIs, and collaborate with teammates and an on-site optometrist to ensure a seamless patient experience. Works with SEE’s exclusive frame collections, supports merchandising standards, processes sales and insurance information, and contributes to store operations while maintaining security and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing requirement for dispensing optical duties in certain states (licensed dispensing optician or registered apprentice may be required)
- Retail experience preferred
- Retail optical experience a plus but not required (training provided)
- Comfort with medical records and insurance portals
- Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
- Night & weekend availability required
- Dress code compliance
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques
