Job Summary
Optical Stylist in a SEE Eyewear boutique delivering fashion-forward eyewear experiences. Responsibilities include high-touch clienteling, expert styling, building lasting client relationships, meeting/exceeding sales goals, partnering with teammates for team-sell, staying informed on frame collections and lens offerings, collaborating with an optometrist to ensure a seamless patient experience, merchandising and maintaining visual standards, processing sales and insurance information with POS/practice-management systems, and adhering to pricing, returns, and promotions. Licensing considerations vary by state; in some states a licensed dispensing optician or registered apprentice may be required. Skills include fashion sense, strong communication, reliability, adaptability, and comfort with medical/insurance portals.
