Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate for Optical Shop of Aspen, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising on eyewear frames and add-ons, and achieving sales targets. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, build client relationships, upsell and cross-sell to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, assist with minor adjustments, provide omnichannel support (online and in-store), adhere to brand policies, and keep the store environment organized and visually appealing. Requires strong communication, teamwork, reliability, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system (preferred)
