Job Summary
Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings, then ensure lab technicians receive accurate measurements and prescriptions for grinding, coating, and fitting. Process payment transactions, refunds, and insurance claims using the in-house Point of Sale system while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and HIPAA-compliant patient files. Take pupillary distance measurements, prepare work orders with lens specifications, inspect final products for accuracy, and adjust or repair damaged frames. Price, stock, and straighten merchandise to maintain store presentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

- Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
