Job Summary
Guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs while ensuring accurate measurements and prescription information for lab technicians. Process payments, refunds, and insurance claims using the Point of Sale system, and educate patients on eyeglass care. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, create confidential patient files, interpret prescription requirements, and adjust or repair frames as needed. Price, stock, and organize merchandise to support same-day delivery operations. Full-time position with competitive base pay and incentives; health, vision, and dental insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing

- Optical industry experience is a plus!
