Job Summary
Development and optimization of measurement and calibration procedures for optical components and assemblies; planning, execution and oversight of technology and development projects; validation of measurement processes to ensure high process quality; introduction and training of new measurement methods in production; conducting measurement system analyses (MSA, Gage R&R, Round Robin); collaboration with internal departments and external technology partners; continuous improvement of measurement and inspection processes; Master or Diplom in physics, photonics, optics or a comparable field; several years of experience in optical metrology or optics industry; knowledge of technical optics, interferometry and relevant quality standards; experience with MATLAB or LabVIEW; analytical, structured, independent work style; enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and technological advancement; very good German and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master or Diplom in Physics, Photonics, Optics or a comparable field
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich optische Messtechnik oder Optikindustrie
- Kenntnisse in technischer Optik, Interferometrie und relevanten Qualitätsstandards
- Erfahrung mit MATLAB oder LabVIEW
- Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
