Cut, edge, and create prescription lenses while identifying and working with basic optical laboratory equipment, tools, and materials. Correctly read and interpret prescription specifications to input into the computer, ensuring lenses are cut properly. Maintain the lab area and equipment in a safe, organized manner by performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance per manual specifications. Perform multiple concurrent tasks at various equipment stations to maintain job flow and fill out assigned reporting forms timely.
