Job Summary
Lead production and quality assurance in an optical Rx lab; drive efficiency, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring of laboratory technicians; ensure adherence to optical, FDA, and HIPAA regulations; manage equipment and quality control protocols; oversee inventory, staff scheduling, and safety to ensure timely delivery of products; collaborate with Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Preferred qualifications include ABOC certification or Licensed Optician and experience in optical manufacturing or Rx lab environments with multi-level leadership responsibility.
