Job Summary
Greet customers at the Cobham boutique and guide them through a tailored optical and audiology experience. Deliver an informed service using diagnostic tools after receiving full training, while assisting the wider team in providing high-quality care. Help clients choose from designer eyewear and advanced hearing solutions, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and delighted. Travel to a centre of excellence for a 4-6 week induction.
