Job Summary

Define novel inspection systems concepts and configurations, designing and engineering modules while collecting and analyzing data to develop new or modified metrology systems. Perform research in physics, troubleshoot system problems, and respond to field physics-related issues as an advisor for solving application challenges. Define system requirements, plan projects involving new physics concepts, and execute feasibility studies to support product risk management and decision-making processes. Guide less experienced physicists and participate in vendor selection and technological customer engagements.
