Job Summary
Support patients with frame styling, lens choices, fittings, adjustments, and aftercare while offering tailored product knowledge based on visual and lifestyle needs. Assist with complex prescriptions under team supervision, manage day-to-day practice tasks, and maintain displays and equipment. Provide honest advice and build trust to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all clients. Work full-time Saturdays in a team of nine, with 45-minute appointments.
