Optical Advisor - Part Time or Full Time

Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments while maintaining accurate customer records and managing stock levels. Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs, perform basic adjustments and repairs, and conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses, and handle enquiries professionally. Work towards achieving store sales targets, support marketing initiatives and special events, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
