Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end OPT recruitment for US IT talent, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing on platforms like Dice and LinkedIn to closing placements. Execute hiring for H1 Transfers, Project Transfers, GC, and H4 candidates while ensuring strict adherence to OPT regulations and processes. Maintain strong English communication skills for candidate interactions and coordinate with US teams during the 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM shift.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of OPT process and regulations
- End-to-end OPT recruitment experience
- Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
