Ops Support Technician I-III - Facilities

Ops Support Technician I-III (Facilities) based in Albuquerque, NM, supports facilities maintenance and Environmental/ER T activities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing facility/HVAC equipment, ensuring environmental standards for clean room operation, performing preventive maintenance on facilities and process equipment, collaborating with engineers to resolve issues or plan installation of new equipment, installing new equipment, and serving in a leadership/training role for new technicians. Additional duties include monitoring HVAC systems, identifying nonconformances and helping implement solutions, deploying the Quality Management System, and serving as a member of the Emergency Response Team. Qualifications vary by level: Technician I requires 2+ years in a regulated environment; Technician II requires 5+ years; Technician III requires 8+ years; Technician IV requires 12+ years plus experience with HVAC/building support equipment and respirator use. Preferred additional qualifications include an associate degree, building automation system experience, plumbing and high/low voltage electrical experience, forklift experience, OSHA/safety training, and strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions, interpret safety rules and manuals, and apply basic algebra/geometry.
