Job Summary
Operations Supervisor – Hauling oversees the collections activities across multiple routes in a geographically dispersed area, supervising drivers and helpers, coordinating with Operations Manager and General Manager to meet safety, customer experience, and efficiency goals, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards. Responsibilities include leading safety programs, improving route productivity and density, resolving service issues, and developing and coaching staff to achieve operational targets. Focus areas include safety leadership, route optimization, loss control, budget adherence, and driving a customer-centric service culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills
