Job Summary
Lead and supervise hauling operations in multiple lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off/industrial, and container delivery/pick up) from a Fort Collins, CO base. Oversee drivers and helpers, partner with Operations Manager and General Manager to implement initiatives, ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and drive safety, customer experience, and efficiency. Responsibilities include executing safety programs, improving route density, managing budgets and labor hours, resolving service issues, coaching and developing staff, and maintaining a culture of employee engagement while delivering on division goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Able to direct large staff
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Collaborative; builds and works with teams
- Demonstrates and promotes ethical behavior
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop high performance teams
