Job Summary
Supervise collections activities across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery lines while overseeing drivers and helpers to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. Lead safety programs by removing unsafe conditions, partnering with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance, and engaging employees to instill a culture of safety. Manage customer experience by resolving service requests, equipment breakdowns, and schedule changes to meet or exceed pickup goals. Establish productivity goals, create and modify routes to maximize density, and manage labor hours to achieve divisional budgeted targets. Build talent through coaching and development while maintaining a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
