Job Summary
OPS Registered Nurse responsible for specialized school health services at assigned schools in Leon County, Tallahassee. Provides in-person and remote case management for students' medical management plans, reviews medication and care logs, delivers stakeholder training on health topics (including Level II diabetic care and medication administration), conducts annual health screenings across multiple school levels, develops and implements individual health care plans (in collaboration with child study teams, IEPs, and 504 plans), and serves as a health liaison between the school, family, and medical community. Oversees inventory and usage of first aid and related health supplies, and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requires nursing knowledge, ability to plan and coordinate care, effective communication, and collaboration with health aides, school staff, and external providers.

- Registered Professional Nursing License: Florida Statute 464
