Receives, processes, and responds to requests in accordance with public records laws; reviews responsive records for exempt information and applies redaction prior to release; conducts records research and data compilation; performs file management to ensure public records retention; ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with public records requirements; communicates with employees, other agencies, and the public; meets required deadlines with time management; uses office equipment and various software applications; knowledge of public records laws and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and one year of processing public record requests or tracking and managing multiple work assignments or related experience.
