Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals overseeing daily cash reconciliation and exception management, ensuring timely identification and resolution of breaks. Drive operational enhancements, process optimization, and automation initiatives to strengthen controls and reduce risk. Coach and develop team members through performance management, goal setting, and succession planning while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements. Monitor key operational metrics to support productivity and manage stakeholder relationships across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Contribute to workforce planning and location strategy as a senior member of the management team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people-management or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic and tactical improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and control environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and driving issues through to resolution
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week
