Job Summary
Ops Project Manager III at Jabil leads strategic initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user; builds and guides multi-functional project teams, manages project schedules, aligns milestones with stakeholders, tracks KPIs, and interfaces with customers, vendors, and sponsors. The role encompasses risk analysis, cost and schedule management, and driving continuous improvement to meet corporate initiatives and customer needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management or Engineering); PMP certification is desirable; minimum 2 years of supervisory/PM experience in a manufacturing environment; strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management or Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years work-related experience in a supervisory/management role and/or project management experience or related discipline
- PMP certified professional is desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment: Engineering, Test, Quality, Planning, Materials, etc
- Strong operational and financial knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email
