Job Summary
Ops Mgr – Sanitation leads day-to-day sanitation in a manufacturing environment, directing sanitation programs, ensuring HACCP/SQF compliance, coordinating sanitation with shutdown/startup of production lines, and collaborating with QA/Production to implement cleaning, sanitation, and setup practices. Responsible for Master Sanitation Schedules, SOPs, worker training, pest management, and continuous improvement initiatives while coaching teams to achieve safety, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Food Science, or Engineering preferred. May be substituted with demonstrated experience in food/nutrition sanitation, cleaning or manufacturing, and/or quality programs.
