Job Summary
Ops Manager Hauling leads hauling operations for a dispersed geographic area, managing a team including Operations Supervisors, Dispatchers, Clerks, Drivers and Helpers to optimize route efficiency, safety, and customer service. Responsible for implementing the local market strategy, driving budget performance, ensuring regulatory and safety standards, managing labor hours and expenses, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance workplace culture with cross-functional interaction with the General Manager and other managers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience or participation in Republic Services’ management trainee program
