Job Summary
Manage collections activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers, overseeing container delivery and pickup across a geographically dispersed area. Lead a team of supervisors, dispatchers, clerks, drivers, and helpers to optimize route systems and maximize productivity for roll-off and residential routes. Execute local market strategies that complement the business unit's operating plans, implementing tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence, budget achievement, and profitability. Oversee safety and accident prevention programs, ensuring regulatory compliance with environmental, operating, and ethical standards while resolving customer service concerns and interacting with government entities. Approve expenses, manage departmental budgets, and develop a high-performance team culture focused on talent development and best-practice sharing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
