Job Summary
Maintenance Clerk responsible for the administrative duties of the maintenance department, including maintaining and organizing maintenance records, scheduling maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, tracking spare parts and supplies, supporting maintenance requests, and performing related data entry and office tasks. Requires 1-3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with record-keeping systems. Physical duties include lifting and moving items in a warehouse and working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Preferred education includes a High School Diploma or GED.
