Job Summary
Ops role in startup portfolio focused on building and maintaining the scaffolding that supports founders across finance, people, and processes. Responsibilities include finance oversight, vendor management, compliance, HR infrastructure, and system design from scratch. You’ll be the go-to operator founders call when something is on fire or when they need to think through a hard decision, and you’ll read a P&L and a hiring plan in the same breath. The role seeks candidates with COO/Chief of Staff/GM experience at funded tech companies, with exposure to fundraising operations and cross-functional work across finance, legal, people, and tooling in a high-growth SaaS or tech-adjacent environment.
