Ops Analyst Workforce Management

Job Summary
Raw duties include ensuring compliance with labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA), developing and implementing policies for attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, and leave management; conducting audits; generating compliance and analytics reports; collaborating with HR, legal, and management; identifying root causes and proposing solutions; and supporting WFM system enhancements with BI/reporting skills. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years in workforce management compliance; strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; experience with SQL, Oracle, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Workday, SAP).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience preferred in workforce management compliance
- 1-3 years of analysis and ad hoc reporting experience required; retail operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with reporting tools, MS Office, SQL/Oracle/BI tools (e.g., Micro Strategy Analytics, Visio)
- Knowledge of workforce management software such as Compass, Workday, SAP preferred
- Master’s in business administration or related field is a plus
